Xiaomi has oficially presented it's new high end devices: Xiaomi MI10 and Xiamo MI10 Pro. Untill now the high end of Xiaomi's 2020. On paper this smartphones are going for the Smartphone of the year.

In an online event for the chinese market, Xiaomi has presented the two new smartphones from it's catelogue oficially. Initially, thre was going to be a presentation in February 23, but due to the cancellation of MWC, the company has decided to delay the announcement. In the meanwhile we can see the specifications and images of the new device.
Xiaomi MI10 is the succesor to Xiamo MI9, which was announced in 2019 at arround the same date. Despite the name, Xiamo MI10 inherits more characteristics from Xiamo MI Note10, for example, the 108MP camera. In any case, Xiaomi MI10 and MI10 Pro are the highest ends of the company this year.
As already confirmed, the new Xiaomi devices are equiped with the Snapdragon 865 Qualcomm's CPU. This implies that the device has compatibility with the new 5G technology. It's GPU is the Adreno 650 in the interior of both versions. The SoC integrates 4 performance cores and 4 efficiency cores and it's built in the new improved 7nm process.
Memmory side we get RAM LPDDR5 that ranges from 8 to 12 GB subect to choosen model. Xiaomi MI10 is the first device to use Micron's LPDDR5 RAM, which dlivers 20% better power efficiency and 50% faster data transfer, which is a big deal and the en user will notice it. This is ideal for AI as it needs low latency and high bandwidth availability.
Internal storage in this device starts at 128 GB and there is a version of up to 512 GB. Xiaomi MI10 and MI10 Pro use the UFS 3.0 for their internal storage.
The display is an AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution, meaning 2.340 x 1.080 pixels. It is a panel with aspect ratio 19,5:9 with a refresh rate of 90Hz, and touch refresh rate of 180Hz. This paired with the high end processor makes for a very responsive experiencie. Display's max brightness reached is 1.120 nits. It supports HDR10+ and a contrast ratio of 5.000.000:1 as stated by the fabricant.
Finally the battery and it's charge. Xiaomi MI10 has some more capacity than Xiami MI10 Pro, 4780 mAh and 4500 mAh respectively. The normal model accepts both wired and wireless fast charge at 30W, and inverse charge of 10W for accesories. The pro model accepts fast charge of 50W wired and 30W wireless, it also accepts 10W inverse charg for accesories. The pro model wired charge makes for what is possibly the device with faster charge in the market.
The 108MP sensor has an 8P lens and is flanked by three other impressive cameras: a long telephoto lens supporting 10x hybrid zoom, a shorter 12MP 2x telephoto for portrait shots and a 20MP ultrawide angle snapper.
The Pro model comes with OIS and EIS and has plenty of AI enhancements for stills and video recording, the later comming in resolutions all the way to 8k.
Both phones come in three different colors: pink, blue and gray. In China Xiaomi MI10 will be sold starting at 3.999 yuan (around 572 USD) and Xiaomi MI10 Pro will start at 4.999 Yuan (approximately 715 USD). The available configurations are as follow:
